About Us

Northpoint is a full service land surveying company. We have been serving contractors, developers, attorneys and real estate professionals throughout Central Florida for the past decade.

Patrick O’Leary and Whitney Vinson established Northpoint in 1988. After studying land surveying at the University of Florida, Mr. O’Leary has been surveying in Central Florida for the past thirty years. He has supervised the surveying work for a broad scope of jobs including residential developments, interstate expansion and utility pileline installation. His continuing education has been in autocadd drafting, wetlands deliniation, and GPS mapping.

Mr. Vinson has fourteen years of experience working in Central Florida. He has studied AutoCAD drafting and has supervised survey crews on work ranging from topographic surveys to the construction of residential communities and apartment complexes.

There have been many recent developments in the practice of surveying. New instruments and new technology have made surveyors more accurate and more efficient. We work constantly to keep up with these changes so that we can serve our clients better. We take pride in the work we do and make sure that our clients are satisfied.
