Northpoint will assist attorneys, real estate agents, mortgage lenders and title insurance companies with all of their surveying needs. Our services include:

Boundary surveys

Establish the boundary of any parcel and show any encroachment on the site.

Full mortgage surveys

Along with the boundary information, this survey will show all improvements on the parcel and the setbacks to the property lines. This survey is used by lenders and title insurance companies to assist with the closing of a mortgage and title transfer

Alta surveys

The American Land Title Assocation has a set of recomended requirements for land boundary surveys and a list of optional information that may be needed under special circumstances. An alta survey will include a review of a title insurance policy to insure all restrictions and exceptions are shown on the survey.

Elevation certificates

Northpoint will identify if a property lies within a flood hazard and if necessary we can supply an elevation certificate to help determine the need or rate of flood insurance on a site. We can also assist in a request for a letter of map revisions from FEMA for a site that has been filled or has mislabeled as a flood hazard.
